UGO Airport Transfer – Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 Operated by USPACE Technology Co., Ltd. ("UGO", "we", "our", or "us") By using the UGO Airport Transfer service (“Service”) via https://go.uspace.city, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, including the cancellation and refund policy described below.

1. Service Overview

UGO provides pre-booked airport transfer and point-to-point transportation services. All rides must be reserved online in advance. The service does not include guided tours or sightseeing stops. UGO reserves the right to cancel or reject any order to ensure service quality and safety.

2. Booking, Modification & Cancellation

• Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before departure. For urgent requests within 24 hours, please contact UGO via our official LINE; availability is not guaranteed.
• Modification: Orders changed within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a change fee of up to 50% (max NT$500).
• Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride time are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: Full refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) or flight cancellations.
• Late or No-Show: If passengers are not present within the designated waiting period, the ride will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

3. Waiting Time Policy

• Departure (to airport): 30 minutes free waiting, up to 60 minutes maximum.
• Arrival (from airport): 90 minutes free waiting, up to 150 minutes maximum.
• Overtime waiting: NT$300 per 30 minutes.

If a passenger fails to show up after the maximum waiting period, the booking will be cancelled without refund.

4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Use

• All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and maintained within 5 years of age.
• Smoking, strong-smelling food, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Cleaning fees of NT$3,000–20,000 may apply for damage, spills, or contamination.
• Infants must use approved child safety seats (NT$300 per seat). The driver may refuse service if this rule is violated.

5. Luggage & Capacity

Please ensure your group size and luggage quantity match the vehicle capacity:

• Sedan (5-seater): Up to 4 passengers, max 3 medium suitcases.
• Van (7–9 seater): Up to 6 passengers, proportional luggage.

Oversized luggage, wheelchairs, or instruments may require a larger vehicle. Failure to provide accurate details may result in service denial without refund.

6. Payment & Pricing

• All fares include service fees, passenger insurance, and tax.
• Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or LINE Pay (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
• Prices and eligible vehicle types may change due to policy or promotional updates.
• Ensure the coupon is successfully applied at checkout; otherwise, no retroactive refund will be made.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

UGO collects personal information such as name, email, phone number, and usage data to provide and improve our services. We may use cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to enhance user experience. Your data may be processed and stored in Taiwan in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or disclose personal data except when required by law or necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

• UGO is not liable for traffic delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen accidents.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

9. Changes to Terms

UGO reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms or the Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taichung District Court.
